Q.WHO CAN BOOK WITH H.E.L.P.
A. As we are a CHARITY for lone parents families, we can only accept bookings from lone parents / single access parents who have a child under 18 years of age.
Q.CAN I TAKE FAMILY OR FRIENDS WITH ME
A. Yes, if they share your accommodation.
Q.CAN I ONLY HAVE ONE HOLIDAY PER YEAR.
A. No, you can book as many weeks as you wish - but a separate booking form must be used for each holiday.
Q.WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED PRICE
A. The holiday accommodation, plus all on - site facilities ( except Flamingo Land).
Q.IS A CRECHE OR CHILD MINDING PROVIDED.
A. No, due to the laws regarding child minding, we are unable to provide this service, but you can bring your own child minder on holiday, in your unit if you wish to do so.
Q.WHAT IF I AM DISABLED OR REQUIRE SPECIAL NEEDS
A. If you have special needs, a disability or specific requirements, you need to state these in writing at the time of booking to the holiday company and keep a copy to take on holiday with you to show the management if problems occur.
Q.DO I HAVE TO BE A H.E.L.P. CLUB MEMBER
A. Yes, to take advantage of the special prices on offer.
Q.IS THERE ANYONE TO HELP IN CASES OF DIFFICULTY
A. Yes, on some sites there are H.E.L.P. volunteers. We are there to help you enjoy your holiday. You will also find the holiday park staff very helpful.
Q.HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT EACH SITE HAS TO OFFER, TO HELP ME DECIDE WHERE I’D LIKE TO GO
A. Each holiday company has it’s own brochures, which are readily available at Travel Agents. Pontin’s and Haven have a direct line telephone number. Links to all the companies websites and contact information are provided on the "Other Holidays" page.
